Program Overview
The 2025 HR Management Trainee Program at JBS USA will train top candidates for a year. It will be a mix of intense, diverse training. The candidates will move through every principal department of over 60 domestic facilities. It will familiarize them with each industry’s role in our manufacturing organization. The management sessions will help you mentor and motivate cross-cultural teams. You’ll gain the skills to do it. They will transform the global food supply chain.
You will interact with the HR department. You will learn about recruitment, orientation, compliance, and employee management. You can attend leadership training at our office in Greeley, Colorado. You can also do an analytical project of your choice related to our KPIs.
Before the program ends, you will lead at JBS USA. You will manage our HR operations and the company’s future growth.
What You’ll Do
Rotations: Get touch experience in almost various fields of the business like recruitment, payroll, community relation, technical training and many more.
HR Department Support: Report daily to HR and collaborate them in the hiring, orientation, policies and employees issues.
Program Development: Develop and launch retention, recruitment, reward, and other sorts of initiatives.
Union Relations: Obtain recognition with regard to functioning of the Local Union and can be involved in investigations leading to penalties.
Performance Management: To help to co-ordinate performance appraisals, all promotions and merit reviews.
Leadership Training: Engage in Leadership Development Training as a group scheduled at our corporate office located in Greeley, CO.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree: A degree is needed to enroll for this program.
